By filling in our contact form and submitting this, the information will go into our Zendesk request processing system. This information will remain stored for as long as it is relevant for us to maintain it, in order to provide the best possible service. We strive not to store your details longer than necessary.
E-mail communication
All e-mails sent to our support e-mail will be stored at Zendesk, which we use as a ticket system. These are logged as part of your customer relationship with us, and will be stored for up to three years after the case is marked as resolved. We use this system to handle all incoming inquiries, as well as logging of measures and communication between the parties. This information is handled only internally by us and is not shared with any third parties.
Personal Information
In connection with customer relations, we are required to obtain information such as name, address, organization number and other necessary information. We use this information only to process your customer relationship, for example by responding to inquiries, placing orders or if needed to contact us.
We take care of the information you provide to us as long as our customer relationship exists. You have the right to access, correct and delete data we have stored about you. Upon completion of the customer relationship, we will retain data as long as we see fit to provide assistance with inquiries about past customer relationships and / or are legally required to do so.
